Look. I don't care whether you did it fairly or not. If you really did... gratz and all the more power to you. Eventually. I do mean Eventually. We may see a level cap increase and may see those who know how to level break 105, and those glitch abusers will probably sit there with their genetalia in their hands going "Der, I don't know what I should do now that the level cap is 45 levels higher than me."
But that day is far off. We've been hoping for an increase for atleast the past 3 years, and may never see it. Certainly not before I've checked out of this game, that's for sure.

Hypers are obtained through cash shopping by someone in someway, by tokens, or buying them outright, or whatever (Very rarely you can get them in other ways, like weddings, but technically someone had to put money on the game for you to do that too). Therefore, You are connected with the cash shop in some way. My Levelism sticks. In any good society, the burden of proof should fall on the person making the accusations. You have absolutely no proof that she gooned. She on the other hand has witness statements, core connect (which has a date outside of the goon glitch unlike most of the other 105s), and a detailed and consistent explanation that hasn't changed in the months that she has posted it. Constantly claiming that she did glitch without a shred of evidence to back up your claim just because of her level is a lot different that her defending herself from baseless accusations.
In addition, you're completely unreasonable when it comes to standard of proof and would make a terrible juror if that's what you think proof means. You don't have to have hours of video to prove anything. If we were accusing Kawaiijen of shoplifting, for example. Witness statements, alibis, and the fact that she never even had the item until months later would all be sufficient proof to exonerate her in a court of law. Especially when the only so-called proof the shopowner has is that he (she?) also has the item that was stolen. In addition she has video evidence that she can do it as quickly as she claims and witnesses who can vouch for her and who opened PV for her.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I find the bitterness about leveling, gearing and cash shop amusing. Bitterness from goons still going on... maybe another year from now people will drop it (far fewer complaints about the addition of bh and ff now than before when they weren't "legit" ways to level). What is legit?
Never open a catshop since the coins from someone who buys something from your shop will ultimately connected the the cash shop. Never use a token... a tele and only use the pots that drop from mobs?
Play the game, respect others, have fun... that's legit enough for me.

No you can be suspicious all you want. She is not beyond reasonable doubt. There is however reasonable doubt. A reasonable person (by legal definition) understands a person isn't guilty just because they aren't proven innocent beyond a shadow of a doubt. That's impossible to do. Do you record hundreds of hours of footage of your gaming? SO how in any way is that reasonable? You're acting as though there is no way at all to prove that she didn't without countless hours of footage. That is completely and totally unreasonable, which is all I was saying. If you want to be reasonable or have your suspicions, you are more than welcome to harbor them. But you don't need to give her **** about it and act as though she hasn't provided any evidence or proof. Because she has. She also wasn't one of the players banned in the the time period that the GMs were banning people IIRC. So if GMs not removing her from the rankings (and i'm sure they investigated her being one of the more noticeable 105 players), eye witness testimonies, video evidence, different dates on core, detailed explanations, unchanging stories (which has about much accuracy as lie detector test but is a way to tell if someone is lying), etc aren't enough proof for you. And as for OJ Simpson, he was found guilty based on a preponderance of the evidence (which is the litmus test for a civil case, as in the shopkeeper accusing a shoplifter, not the state vs the shoplifter) so he is a terrible example.
All I'm saying is that the people who refuse to look at all the evidence and thinks that stereotypes are fair is completely unreasonable. It isn't fair, and it isn't right. This game is dieing and their is no way to prove you did or didnt goon unless you have videos of you gooning lol. So to say someone has proof they didnt goon is simply stupid lol. No one should come back to this horrible game with no customer service, and is just a credit card fest. The only ones left are losers with no life that think that this game is rl since they spent so much money. The community is aweful on pwi b:chuckle I plan on quiting for the most part when *** comes out and alot of this server is coming with me. Joshua also has the most valid points.0

I've decided to let it go too but the last thing I'll say is that 99% of the 105s (both legitimate or otherwise) on all Servers don't seem to mind in the least what others think of them (Asterelle and Dan who both happen to be well respected here, comes to mind). And they no doubt have had the finger of accusation wagged at them at some point too. But it's just the one or two who somehow seem desperate to be thought of as genuine.
