Is this a skill worth investing my skill into? Im just wondering cause it seems useful but i havent quite gotten there yet:D

    Yes. Especially if you plan on going demon.

    Veno's nowadays are usually used as debuff/amp hoars and having a skill that can reduce bosses pdef or mdef (caster vanas/pk) to zero is always helpful.

    With practice and timing demon veno's should be able to land a 100% pdef debuff more than half the time between fox myriad, human myriad, and demon ironwood. Unfortunately, most venos are so nubbly you'll be lucky if you see one armor break in an FCC or Nirvana run.

    Sage veno's will usually cast ironwood first for a guaranteed pdef debuff, then try for a complete armor break after amping with fox then human myriad.

    Also, human myriad is single target while fox is multiple. Bosses like the exp room boss are the "racist boss" in FCC have mobs that you might kill by using fox myriad but you can safely use human myriad.

    myriad doesn't actually lower the defense by 100% its only 50%, demon venos ironwood does 100% tho

    lol both Myriads and ironwood have a chance to lower the mobs phys def to 0 value. That means you deal full phys dmg to it since it isnt resisted.

    Its the sage ironwood who have a guaranteed debuff of 40% for a whole 20 sec period.

    Like Saku very correctly stated , the skills worths it.

    Helps by giving higher chances for armor/mind breaks , this is always useful and makes you famous and wanted in squads , w/e dungeon u plan to do.

    both myriad rainbows are more then worth getting. Since they are instant, you can easily toss them in when you are solo-killing a boss (or any longer to kill target). In squads, you will use them on bosses and the squad will appreciate if you are lucky on a mind/armor break. Maybe at 79 the skills are a bit hard to get. They are pretty expensive, farming pages yourself is though and they cost a lot of spirit for those lvls also. But do your best to learn them as early as possible, myriad rainbow fox and human are very usefull.

    if you get yourself a partner and use myriad on each other and look at your stats, myriad only lowers mag/phys def by 50% description on the skill is wrong, not saying its not worth getting

    Just tested and can verify its a 100% debuff of pdef armor gives you.


    Armor pieces do not include rings, or the pdef added from strength or vitality. So I go from about 10k unbuffed to 3.4k (can unequip all my armor except rings and have about 3.2k pdef).

    It also doesn't remove the defense added by thinks like cleric pdef buff, bm bell, or bm physical marrow. For instance I have 29k pdef with bell and pmarrow and 21.4k when Myriad procs since all its removing is the ~7k that my armor adds.

    Mobs don't have gear and don't have buffs (usually) so a 100% armor break is a -100% defense.

    Sad thing is apart from his posts made from beautiful words that make no apparent sense , apart from the fact that he is another idiot that can't read my signature stating my gender (which i never hide) and apart that he continues not contributing to the thread at all , is the fact that he has never found support and acceptance by any user in the forums , only by 1-2 trolls with the same abbrasive behaviour.

    Saddest is the fact that i used to respect him cause of his player skill. Just ended as another abomination who takes a game too seriously , and defends him self by critising other about their playstyle on their own game
