Dq Rewards Issues....

I have noticed many people saying theirs arent updating.. well mine update almost instantly.. but for 3 days now i cant redeem. Says they are there, but it wont let me chose a server or character. The drop down menu just will not show up. :/ I'm getting frustrated with it! Any ideas on how to make it work?

    i have a feeling there might be something up with the DQ system, one of my friends turned in like 1000 dq points and only got half of that. it may just be random, who knows.

    PW web pages in general, suck major donkey balls.
    There's tons of broken code, they aren't using a standard encoding set, and they leave remnants from old themes laying around.

    It's a wonder that any of the features work at all.
    Flood them with tickets. It won't give them a clue, I'm sure, but at least it will show management that there another issue to be ignored.

    At this point, that's all you can really do. Hope to send enough tickets to annoy management enough to do something about it.
