And now i really cant decide what to buy/make/refine next,which will be the best investment costing not more then 250mil.I am fully a PVE player.Waiting for advice.Thanks.

    Get a pangu. and scrap the evasion belt.
    After you get pangu. work on getting t3 claw/fist.

    only 6k p.deff? sin p.deff w/o sin dps or bp heals
    get lunar or pq3 rings refined and switch it for r8+magic its only a slight drop in m.deff which u use buffs for mostly anyho and it'll up ur p.deff which is were u'll b taking the most frequent damage in pve. As for neck/belt if ur planning on keeping LA for aps get the neck as it also give acc then go for the magic oht map3 belt as that's your best option b4 jungle/warsong then its just a case of working on getting t3 nirvy claws and the morai axe's u buy from luminance faction for 17.5m which pretty much are the pve EG

    Step 2: Cube Neck
    Step 3: +7-+10 Refines on HA Armor
    Step 4: Stage 3 Nirvana Fist/Claws or Stage 2 Nirvana Hat
    Step 5: Stage 3 Nirvana Fist/Claws or Stage 2 Nirvana Hat

    DONT get a Warsong Belt. You're just gonna have to sell it when you get N3 Claws/Fists

    Close to this. Pan Gu to get rid of evasion ornies. It would be less important if you'd gone LA wrist and boots and HA belt and plate but having an LA belt has really hurt your pdef. The biggest reason this is number one is to get a better belt for pdef.

    A mdef cube neck would help both pdef and mdef, as well as give you a def level. Something you'll want to refine highly for the mdef which is why I agree it should be a priority

    Have you considered a Sign of Frost: Chaos ring instead of your R8 ring? Less damage, but you need the pdef. Arguably, it'd be better than your CoA ring also since you're PvE only because about 90% of the damage you take is physical. It's just when you take magic damage it really hurts, but that's what marrows are for.

    Get rid of your vitality, lol. And dex down to 200 when you have your more endgame gear.
