[Update] Heroic Chest Promotion Issue

Well, I'm guessing that you're talking about the soon mass migration to ***. I'm sure it'll be fine, the game will go on without us.... just like ********* did before it completely was overrun by botters.

Anywho, I'm still missing about 1000 chests myself, and yes, my chests were glitched, and i got a few extras in some cases, but I added those into what I should've recieved. I ended up with so far a **** load of pets, capes, belts, mirages, hypers, and about 500 event gold.

My wife is still missing hers on several alts. No chests what so ever. She started with 4 mil and worked her way up to over 100 mil in mirages alone.

As for the chests on her main she still has 1600 to open. We ended up jurry rigging our keyboards to open them and walked away to do other things in most cases.

Still not a single chest recieved and one day left. Let me be a psychic for a day and guess - they're not coming. b:cute

I got one thing to say... Jail FC glitch... how many people got 105 with little work when others have been working years? Yeah the glitch probably going to mess with prices, but hay if it helps some peeps that work there butt off and never have much to show for there hard work, then good for them. I hate to sound mean, but the one sideness of this game and how people who cheat and scam get so far ahead of those who work hard is sickening. That being said I am still waiting for my packs on a few different toons >_> I hope they come for my birthday tomarow b:cute

They will handle it like they did Jail FC. Thus teaching us all to not fallow the TOS because nothing will be done in reality. Personaly I still don't abuse glitches because I have better things to do on the game. But my point remains ferm. I didn't abuse the jail FC glitch because I didn't want to have consiquences delt apon me, so now I get to look at all the 105's and think ya know if I did what everyone else did I wouldn't be 102, I would be 105. I am just saying kinda screwed up. And I am just puting this out there... I remember when gold was 100k, and when the going price for dod's was 3 mil, and dark lord wings where 20-40 mil... IJS.

I received them in groups of 800, 32 mail messages at a time with 25 boxes in each. By the time i was done accepting item on them a new 800 would come. My total owed 3,725 has been sent each one on the dot. Thank you very much again

August 6, still no chests and still no reply. (except on the ticket that said "legal action") Guess tomorrow I will contact my lawyer as I promissed you.

i did finally receive my 300 chests but having bought the correct number of rep badges for this amount I am still a tad upset that my friend bought 50 badges and got 2000 heroic chests... Thanks PWI. I have faithfully played this game for 4 years.. I gave up spending money on it when you censored my players name and then gave us 50 event gold and useless duplicate mount as a sorry for missing 2 weeks of 2x.

I have stood by my decision to never spend another penny of real money in this game for a year now and this just reinforces that decision... The unbalance of rewards in this game is a joke. People who leveled to 105 with dragoons were slapped on the wrist. People who bot are slapped on the wrist. People who cuss and scream in world chat and basically offend most decent players are slapped on the wrist but people like me with an innocent name were censored along with truly offensive names, but those who deliberately misspelled their offensive names are still running around in game..

People who farmed like hell bought gold in game and bought rep badges in hope of a giant bunny had to wait over a week for you to fix the problem. People who got not only their chests but half the servers chests too get to laugh all the way to the bank with their chests of coins. I think my friend ended up with enough chests to get 250 event gold..

congrats PWI your level of customer service is consistent... as in consistently low...

1. Esnemyl is not a GM so I'm not sure why you quoted that. And Frankie no longer is either.

2. Why did you post on this thread? I highly doubt your ticket is about a heroic chest promotion issue. Next time, try making a new thread if you can't find the answer through a search.

3. Try going to this page to submit a ticket.
