RB Glitch

So, it seems when you enter RB you'll sometimes be DC'd, well just being DC'd doesnt seem to be the case. I logged back in with missing fashion. Anyone else could explain this, would be nice, seeing Support page is down.

    Well go and make them give it back D:, but im pretty serious. Bad luck to have this happen and Support page to be down, i dont understand what happened to my fashion...

    From what I've experienced, it seems to be linked to equipped gear that's been re-forged.

    Also, the support page isn't down. It working fine for me.

    That's weird when i go to submit a ticket, it gives me an error everytime. And no this fashion was in my Wardrobe, and still ended up going missing.. i DC'd the minute i tried to enter RB, then came out with it gone :|

    So you Dc than comeback and fash disappear from your wardrobe...
    I've never heard of fash just disappear cause a dc..
    So ye i guess send a ticket.
    You sure you didn't put on a other char, put on account stash, give to someone, sell or etc..? (before the dc ofc)

    I seem to remember a similar story a few year ago. One of the theory(/fact?) would had been that the wardrobe is on a different saving system. If you have switched fashion shortly before the RB DC's glitch, this might be one of the possible cause.

    Lol its serious when you spend your coins on stuff anyways. But this was Event Gold Fashion, that i recently did store in my Wardrobe, i switched to a new set to wear before RB DC. Then i come to switch back to it, and it is gone :\. I'll send a ticket, but thanks for replies ^^ hope Ticket page works soon..
