Character missing from site but not from game

Hey guys i was wondering if you could give a solution to my problem. It seems that my lvl 58 seeker is missing from the site but frankly he isn't missing from the game. The weird thing is that this didn't happen recently it happened from the moment i created him but i didn't pay much attantion at first. So recently i formated my disk and i am kinda worried that my character might not be in the game anymore. I haven't played the game since formating because i am still experiencing some problems with my pc.

If anyone has come across the same problem and has solved it i would really appreciate it if he/she could give me some advice. Please answer ASAP ty very much.

    Submit a ticket. Take screenshots of it missing on the site and send them with the ticket.

    I have the same problem for my seekers account and he's lvl85 already but I haven't realy played him cause I still can't get blessings or anything I've sent in tickets but they told me I have to wait for a patch though I have no idea when that will finally be.

    Makes me mad though cause I've spent the money to get him all the rep for r8 already and have been working on his nv gear as well but kinda pointless till they fix it so don't get ur hopes up on them doing anything about it anytime soon its been several months since I was told they'll have to make a patch to fix it.

    Contacting the game technicians would be my last choice,Sylen. So i found this 'tech support' forum and wanted to ask if anybody else had the same problem first.

    RockHard, I noticed that I didnt have my elder's blessing. I got it but i got it pretty late.. around lvl 20 i think. My main worry now is if i will find my seeker again in game cause i have formated my disk and he was never on the site... Can he just vanish? Is he saved on the server? Could you please tell me what other problems you had with yours? Like, when he sells dq items does he take the dq points? Apart from that i see you had no problem, since you made him a great player..Thanks for the info..I feel better to hear other people have this problem. I may try sending a ticket too so we get the patch b:thanks
