Is this game worth playing?

I find it fun, but then again, I'm not one to worry about what level someone is, how they got there, how "great" their pixellated gear is, if they bot, if they don't bot, if they PK, or don't, etc. Things like that dont impress me, nor does it affect my game enjoyment. What I am impressed by is the quality of some people that have become close ingame friends. As for the game...Sure there are bugs but every MMO I have played since 1999 has had its share of bugs. It's a beautiful; artistic game. There are areas for improvement sure, yet overall I do enjoy playing it and getting away from the stresses of real life.

The game is, for people like me, with grueling work schedules, however, a money sink, but again, so is any hobby. F2P is a choice, and not one I have made. My main enjoyment is the people I have befriended in game, especially those in the faction I am a member of. People I will probably never see in life, but have gotten to know through words alone. In times of repetitive grinding, they make it worthwhile.

The game is a good game. People posted things like that, because even though its a good game, the balance isn't what it used to be. It is worth trying, and it is worth playing. Certain classes have certain benefits that pretty much need to be revamped, and certain moves by the dev staff angered a lot of the players. However, we're all still here playing it, and on the forums for a reason. That said, I would recommend playing it because the original concept is pretty solid. As you continue to play, you'll come to understand what a lot of the complaints are more...but that's more of an endgame complaint for the most part...though you may have some midgame grievances too.

All in all though, the game is an excellent game, so I'd say play it, give it a shot, and decide for yourself just how much you like it.

I voted yes because it's worth playing for me but, if you were bored before, I don't think something has changed recently to be fun for you now. You may need to try something else to see if this game is for you.

In the last months I have tried two games that people kept talking about, and they're fun, although not enough to take me away from pwi, and a famous third that bored me at level 6! b:chuckle

If you have money you're willing to spend on a f2p game, sure.

From my Personal experience cause I usually try to play the game as a "New Player" whenever I create a new char (no guild no money from my other chars, or help from players on my Friend list) from lv1-60 yes the game is a lot fun after lv60 without a guild or friends to take you along without having "pro" gear it's not, the quests as well start to drag and in themselves become a bore.

As long as you plan to Cash Shop or Farm for you stuff yes the game is fun. But then after you've farmed and spent so many coins to make your char "pro high level" worthy there's no point to play anymore. Sure you can solo stuff then whats the use of the extra coins so in my opinion unless you plan to go Pro and then log to pK/duel ppl you'll be bored out of your mind.

Accept that you've been there done that and move on.

Maybe people are not like objects which have predictable behavior, and what drives them may not be obvious to those who insist on trying to categorize them, as they are unable to think outside their own box. b:chuckle

Well, I'm mid 20's,...so I'm definitely not an adolescent, so by your logic and process of elimination, I suppose that I must be mentally defective...yet am currently working on my degree, and still have the intelligence to respond to your thoughts of ignorance in an appropriate manner. So, the fact that I like a game, and deem it worthy enough to play...for the reasons that I mentioned earlier, which you need only go back to understand, make me an adolescent or a mentally defective person, when at the same time, you said no, with no reason as to why, no support for your answer, or anything. Thus, your answer is simply no, and me and the others who chose to answer yes for the reasons that we did, are the mentally defective or adolescent ones. You are entitled to your opinion, but there is no need to get personal about another's opinion, and respond with comments like yours, simply because you disagree with the game.

If you don't like the game, and deem it truly unworthy, then why are you still here? Your character isn't a high level yet, so you couldn't have dished out a lot of time or effort into it, unless you're on an alt. If you're on a high level alt, then that means that you dished out a lot of time, effort, and possible cash to play a game that you feel should only be played and liked by the mentally defective, and adolescents. If you're not on an alt, then you're really not in a position to judge. Go read my guide on how to be a cleric. Maybe you'll enjoy it more. James Holmes was a neurosicence graduate student. He's charged with 24 counts of murder and 116 counts of attempted murder. There are plenty of nutcases working towards a degree. most MMORPGs are worth playing IF you just want to pass your free time, having small chit chat with some stranger, making new friends, do quest, leveling normally, etc.

The moment when you decide to be the best player on that game, that's when the game become worthless. It will either suck your money, or your life, it's just a matter of preferences.. but actually you can let the game suck both your money and your life if you want.. b:bye
