Retrieving anniversary gift

So I'm a player for a long time and I haven't played the game for more or less 2 years and decided to come back. I see that I received some anniversary gift like the purple fox, but I can't retrieve it ( or don't know how)( I double click and right click the item, all I see is current Item cannot be used) is there a way to do it?

    it's not an egg, matter fact that none of my anniversary tickets works

    Relog if your quest log isn't full.
