Help Me Plz!

I just instaled pwi but i can only play for about 5 minutes before the game crashes and the "creportbugs" pops up

I play with very high graphics and without lag, but this keep happening.. i already updated my drives and runed the 3 directorys as administrator.
I really don't know what to do to play my favourite game again

Lower the distance slider a couple of notches.

About the dxdiag.txt file.. i know how to make one, but i don't know what "[code] tags" or "trademark characters" are, could you help me?

The Code tag is added by clicking the "#" that is in the editor. (Third in from the right on the bottom row.)

Looking at your Speccy, here's what I've got right offhand.

1. You're using Avira. It's a great free Antivirus, one of the top ones I would recommend. However, if you don't add the client directory to the exceptions list it will cause problems.

2. You are using the Skype Toolbar. This is known to cause issues with crashing the client. You may not have even noticed when it installed. Go to Add/Remove programs and install it. (It is separate from Skype. You may also need to disable Click To Call.)

3. PunkBuster is loaded and running. You should disable that. Yes it's needed for some games like CoD, but if you're not playing them, it's eating resources and can interfere with games like PWI because of how CPU-intensive it is.

4. You have AVG components running as well. Looks like they are left-overs from a previous install. that will cause conflicts with Avira, and will in-turn cause a problem with your client.

5. Install the newest Video driver. (I believe that the link there is your driver. It's hard to tell sometimes with the way the Intel site is laid out. Might try just using the auto-scan to see which one you need. Perform a Clean Install, (should be under advanced setup options), and install it even if it says that's the version you have.)

That's it from seeing your Speccy file. with dxdiax.txt I could tell if you have any video codecs that are interfering.

Well, i've done every steps you tell me to, but after 5 minutes of smoth gameplay the game still crashes..

About the dxdiag.txt file, i don't know if im doing it right, i type run -> dxdiag , and then i just click in "save all information" , and i get a txt file

Other thing i noticed is that when in the pwi launcher i click "graphics" , it tells me that i have 0Gb of RAM ( http://imgur.com/Hzemx )
I don't know if this can be related with my problem.

It's because the client is unable to recognize anything over 4GB for the info.

At this point, I would submit a ticket on it.

if you open that .txt file, remove all of the copyright and tm symbols in it, then copy it in there using the CODE tag, that's what I need.

Everything looks normal there. I don't see any codecs that I'm familiar with having a compatibility issue.

The only thing I can really think of at this point is custom video settings. If you change any of the 3D settings for your video driver away from the defaults, PWI will have issues. (I spent a long time working on this, it's really annoying.)

Aside from that, send it a support ticket and let them look at it. Maybe they'll see something I've missed or aren't familiar with.

I noticed another thing, when i start playing the elementclient process uses 800.000k of memory.

But after 4 min is using 1.500.000k, and short after gets to 1.700.00 and crashes..

Do you think that this can be a memory leaking issue?

If anyone knows how to fix my problem please help me, im getting desperate..
