I`m new and I need help

I downloaded installed and up-dated PWI but i can`t enter the game i can choose server but when i want to start to make my characet (race,class,face skin) i see nothing only the backround but not the char-maker.Anyone got the answer ? I really want to play this game b:victory

    On the bottom left there should be a create option to make your character.

    1. Disable the fake "widescreen" option.

    2. Your resolution is too small. Select a real resolution. I don't recommend anything smaller than 1280x800.
