...was way better than the new one. I just downloaded the game again after not playing
for about half a year and I'm kind of disappointed about how the music is so different. It
used to leave me listening to it until it was over and then I'd log in.

So I put it back, and for the people who don't know how to, I'm going to help you get the
old music back too. You can actually change the login music to anything you want, since
it's client-side and it works even without internet connection.

    Like I said, it's client-side, so it doesn't influence your online play.
    Who cares about what someone's login music sounds like?

    GMs would slap on a 30 year ban, similar to why some ppl got that for .ini editing.

    Levelling your toon 1-105 in three weeks with goon glitch = 24hr ban . Changing the appearance only of your toon = 30 year ban . Go figure.... Do this at your own risk i guess .

    As stated, yes, it's a ToS violation as technically you're changing client files.

    But it's not like they can really check it in order to ban you for it. I know some people who have changes all of the music in the game to something much more interesting. I personally am digging around for the original Sacred OST to tinker with, but appear to have lost my CD and backups. (They did release it for free at one point, but as of 3 years ago it's disappeared from the net.) =(

    They ban 34 years for .ini edit (change hair/eyes ).
    So i would not be surprise they ban 50 years for change the music.

    You're still editing game files, which is indeed a violation of the ToS, and one they take very seriously.
