IS ALL WEST COAST SERVERS OFFLINE.....I SEE EAST COAST SERVERS UP...but west coast servers shows offline...this is kinda weird if anybody can get on west coast servers please let me know so i submit a ticket why i cant get on my home server arch thanks

    I can't get on my home server Heavens Tear, or any other west coast server, yet the east coast is just fine. My boner for Perfect World just went limp. :( I had a hell of a time trying to get on the site too.

    i dont see a topic about people saying why it offline just wondering if i was took off those servers

    West coast servers are all up and running. Could you take a screenshot of the server list showing them as "Offline" and upload it to an image hosting site for us?

    how do i take screenshots of the tab west coast servers been blank not shows ping___ and population___ for archosaur,lost city,sanctuary, and heaven tear and east coast server is available and i never play europe servers but they show offline to

    Windows 7 has a snipping tool that you can access in accessories.

    Same here, can see East coast but not West or Europe. Checked the serverlist info and it still looks good. Also, when you start the client, it can't connect to the website ads you normally see in the middle of the screen, just get white can not connect after a while. Rebooted router and cable modem a few times, but no joy.

    With the server list showing, just hit the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. Then go into the PWI game folder -> element folder -> screenshots folder.


    You'll find your images here.

    Something changed, now all of a sudden they are all back and I didn't even reboot anything.

    I'm back on the game too, you owe me a Nirvana Talisman lolol I dc'd just as we killed last boss and couldn't get back on for about 2 ish hours.

    I was having this same kinda issue yesterday, i was playing so smooth suddenly got dc'ed from the server when i tired to get back i couldn't connect to the servers, it wasn't showing up in the choose server option all thou after 15 mins it was running ok.
    Fix the delay thing while teleporting from one city to any instance and the Nirvana Rally Stone issue,
    everytime i enter i have relog to complete the quest and get Nirvana Rally Stone in my inventory.

    but i dont know how to link mines to show you...sorry if i seem like an idiot but i never had to do screenshots or anything because everything was posted in forums or i had problems fix easily

    So our engineering team looked into it but found nothing wrong with the servers themselves. They've asked if those who experienced the issue could submit tickets about it so that they can look into each individual case. Right now they're thinking that it could be an ISP issue hitting certain players.


    So please submit a ticket at (https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask) when possible.

    I've been online on Sanctuary all day with no problems, prolly a host that experienced some issues somewhere between your ISP and the West Coast Servers.

    Common reasons that you can't connect to the servers, experience disconnects, or just have lag in general...

    1. You don't have the three .exe files for the client set to run as administrator.
    2. You don't have the game directory set as an exception in your security softwares.
    3. Your network adapter driver is out of date and needs to be refreshed.
    4. Your local area network settings are improperly configured.
    5. You have more than one firewall and don't realize it.
    6. Your firewall settings are too strict. (Very common with ZoneAlarm and Commodo firewall.)
    7. Your router is configured improperly.
    8. you have a bad network cable.
    9. You're using a wireless network connection. (Which leads to another huge list.)
    10. You have a lot of traffic on your local network that is bogging your router/modem down.
    11. There's a fault in your router.
    12. There's a fault in your modem.
    13, You have a bad phone cord plugged into your modem.
    14. There's an issue with your house wiring.
    15. There's an issue with your outside wiring.
    16. A squirrel chewed on your phone line at the pole and it's raining. (I've had this happen personally.)
    17. A switch/router at the CO for your ISP is having an issue.
    18. One of the many hubs between you and PWI is having an issue. (most common)
    19. There is heavy sunspot activity. (has happened within the past two years)
    20. There's a regional router outage. (Has happened several times, most recently just a couple of months ago.)

    That's just a few. The more details you give, the better I can narrow it down and tell you what the issue is.

    Also, post a copy of a traceroute to the server.

    Ive been 24 hours with west coast servers down, I submitted a ticket with the tracers and got reply everything was fine.... even though I replied to tickets with tracer of archosaur server and still no reply about it, also FW west coast server dont work, it was all sudden, everything was working fine and just west coast shows as it was showed in that screen shost, with no ping or population info... so 24 hours and counting.... HELP PLS!

    I live out in the country, took care of the possums and raccoons. squirrels are a hell of a lot harder though. The latest cable they put in has a shield over the connector now, so it shouldn't be an issue for me anymore. Still, people nick their underground cables when gardening and stuff sometimes, so something that stupid can actually happen.

    For Zapphy, yes, there is nothing wrong with PWE's ISP, or with the servers. It is something either on your end, or on one of the many hops between your PC and the PWI servers.

    All the support staff really care about is whether it's on their end or not, and it's not. If you would post your traceroute here, or send it to me via PM, I will take a look at it and see if there is anything we can do about it.
