Getting rid of useless stuff.

Ok, I have found several items that have no apparent use, and little or no value. I'm tired of them taking up space, and about to NPC them. Any ideas if there is a list somewhere of what odd items are used for (An Empty flask. A folding fan. Srsly?)?

Also, as long as I'm asking silly questions, I want to ditch some of my older gear. Would have given it away if it wasn't bound, and not tradeable. Is there ANY way to get rid of bound gear? I've tried Decomping it, NPCing it, and even dropping the fool thing. Am I stuck with it forever, or is there a trick I've missed? b:surrender

    Isn't empty flask used in a quest in OHT chrono culti?

    you can destroy bound items at some npc, either pormotions agent or botique agent.. idk

    personally i keep bound gear for possible alts

    Go to this site to check an item and look what quests it's used for: http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/ You can then tell if it's useless or not. For example the empty flask is part of the chrono quest in the "forgetting worries" part of the quest line. Whereas the folding fan is an reward from the world quest and thus part of the unused housing system and can be safely npced. It helps to click the name under "reward from quest" so you can see the parent quest. If you don't recognize it just enter the name of the quest and pwi on google and you should find it listed somewhere.


    You have to destroy bound equipment to get rid of it. I believe that's done at the PWI promotions agent.

    Folding Fan is from World Quest. You can get random items from various NPC every now and then. Some people actually collect them and you can sell them (Very few people)

    I've tried trading it to my alts, and it won't let me.

    You can't trade bound gear. Many of us keep it for alts on the same account though as bound items and gear will go through the account stash.
