Caster Scammers ??

Long story short last night i decide to do a Caster run. First thing i noticed was it was already open. Then i noticed most of the people were poorly geared so i was like " oh swell". So we do the Demonic runner boss and everything was slow but steady till the end. That's when things started getting crazy and they all die except me and the seeker. So i finally kill the boss then we move to the next room.

The last boss we are forced to reset because of a few people died. Anyways we decide to try again but i start to notice right away there not enough DD so i reset and explain if we don't kill him in time he one shots. This is when i notice the Veno is dead and isn't responding and i confront another player "Wiz" because of the fact every run he dies and just sits there even after Rez.

So the Wiz leaves without a word and the Veno is just sitting there not saying a word so i talk to the Seeker. The Seeker explains the Veno was doing this before i came in Nirvana. The Veno made the squad but wasn't responding when asked something. I might add the Veno is always spaming WC for Caster runs

I'm not sure what was going on that run but nothing seemed right or normal. My advice is if something doesn't seem right just leave and pass the word to your faction members please. My hunch is that one of the squad members was running two toons in there to scam the rest of us. I could be wrong but please keep an eye out for people in the HT sever especially.     My suggestion is to stick to running it with faction. World chat squads are always hit or miss.... and why bother risking wasting your time?

    I am on HT... and I ran two chars in caster and regular nirvana before. Heck... I have ran two chars in every instance in the game. There is really nothing wrong with running multiple chars in the same instance. Some of my squad mates probably know I have two chars... but my guess is that most don't.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

    Huh, Ive seen some who would run two characters for BH, but they usually inform the others before the run starts. I don't mind jumping into random WC squads as long as the person who's making them isn't someone I know to be a known scammer/thief.

    In your case, perhaps you should stick to faction runs when possible, and maybe FL those who you meet in WC squads who've proven themselves to be capable.

    i dont see why having two chars in an instance that contribute is a scam...
    hell, some people can play 2 (or more) chars at the same time better than the way other people play 1....

    That look like more a fail run where people rage quit in the middle, than the veno invited new people (you), was still fail (not cause you, but poor gears people).
    Last boss failed, the wizz quit and the way you speak was just veno seeker and you, when you say she wasn't responding did she was DD on boss when you was trying to kill the boss or really standing doing nothing?

    Some people don't speak/understand english they can wc to make squad, but for the rest doesn't understand so not answering, maybe she didn't understand so wasn't answering.

    I answered a wc of a guy making a bh warsong squad (snake), we all give mirages than go wait the 15 minutes, one of my friend was in squad so we start to talk than after a while my friend said that was more than 20 minutes we was waiting, we asked the guy if he took the good option and all the guy was answering was ''no english'' ''first time'' ''no english'' etc so we basically understand that the guy wasn't speaking english at all and never open warsong before so took the wrong option, is he a scammer? I don't think so he's just a stupid person that beside ask which option or just ask someone to open did randomly something making us to loose 30 minutes and mirages (20 minutes of waiting + 10 minutes asking him which option he took at the npc).

    I think you're guessing it's a scam.

    The general player base loves scammers. Some scammer decides to play off people's sense of fairness and impose a banking system on the squad. Before long; all PWI is going along with big chance to get scammed repeatedly every run they make. Random drops should be random, and bad players should be avoided. Too much herd mentality.

    With my luck i'm glad it's not random in caster, in some bh runs i do i don't got a single drop not even arrow, i don't want to do caster for people get canny while i get nothing. Especially some people would have the luck to get the 3 rapts and half cannys just for last boss while some will get nothing.
    How often i see people in squad going AFK for almost all the run and get the mold/book drop.
    I prefer take the chance to one day get scammed in one caster run than run all caster run in random mode.

    Well,in HL i haven't been scammed so far...either cause i do faction runs or i am really carefull in squad making/joining from wc.

    Main thing some1 has to make sure about is that the person that is banking is trustworthy and doesn't have connection issues.

    Also,pay attention to the squad chat ppl,i've been spammed with pms like 'where are my coins/cannies/etc" only because some1 was DUMB enough NOT to look at squad chat when we said we resquad to run again (also,he didn't say that he can't run again -.-')

    So,keep it honest and smooth ppl,and don't be greedy!
    The person that is making the squad needs at least a shard for his teles bill >.>

    I wouldn't call it a scam, but if someone can't muliticlient well enough to contribute properly on all chars, he/she doesn't deserve more than one share of drops.

    I regulary run BHs with a friend that multiclients his chars... but he plays them well enough that you would never know it was one person. I have, however, ditched BH squads when one person brings three but is incapable of playing them, making it harder on everyone else. I don't have the patience for freeloaders.

    Its sad really... the whole thing is dependent on how well geared said party is.

    There aren't really that many real scammers left. Even a strawberrry picker knows when the field is picked clean... They've already moved to games with a larger population. b:bye
