Flyer Tickets

Today in the bidding hall I saw a "Flyer Ticket: Spectre Light," and it says that it is a ticket for a limited version permanent flyers. What does this mean? Is it like the level up chests where you only get a few days with a certain flyer, or is it actually a permanent version of a once limited edition flyer? That might be hard to understand, but I would be happy if you could help. b:laugh

    No it just means it isnt readily available any other way. It is a permanent item. You will see they are one of the highest items people bid on because they are the fastest flyers, they are rare and they are tradeable so they sell for a lot too.
