'good' lvl 40+ quests

I did a massive quest frenzy from lvl 1 - 40 on my seeker. Over 150 completed, before I calmed down and finished 'Aware of Discord' cult quest.

Now my 'available quests' list is full of all sorts, many not really worth doing. Started a couple of challenge quests but can't complete them solo.

What are the 'valuable' quests for 40+? Need to do stuff that helps build spirit.

    The quests that you can find in your lvl area are the best ones to do

    Do you mean an are containing mobs of similar level to myself?


    What about the chain quests originating from Arch?

    Tip:
    - Blue-colored quests always award with some item(May be crappy or a decent one)
    - Most challenge/battle/any non-normal quests usually gives decent rewards like scarlet fruit(300k in AH).
