Permantly banned

at 17/5/2012 i was with ym dad in hospital so i got b:shocked when my frined called me and told me your account is online so i told my self how come and no one know it he told me that who opne it useing teles in wolrd chat to sell it for cheap so i coudlnot do anything i want to see my dad well first then see the game this is right ? so when i made sure that my dad now is good i gone to home and couldnot send ticket to the GM so i played normaly like evrey day and opned my alt and made FC squad so 1 queastion if i want realy to sell my account i think i have to send all things to another account so who will check the account willnot scamm anything and i know thats one who opned he dont want to scamm me but . he want me to be sad all time and realy i dont have any enemy in real life and in the game so i dont know till now who is opned my account so now my queastion GM can let me back or i will get this puinish for ever thx
