Question On Factions

the faction leader of DeJa\/u has quit the game it seams, and we cant recruit/disban or promote is there any way to get rid of the leader and make a new 1 so we can keep the faction going? we dont want to get rid of it becuase its already lv 3

    No, there is no way to demote, kick, or otherwise get rid of an AWOL faction leader; it's one of the major and well known problems with the faction system in this game. You're stuck with making a new faction.
