Hello everyone I'm new here and currently at level 19
I can't seem to learn the "stream strike" skill I'm not sure why
Did I miss a certain quest or something?

    If your spiritual cultivation is up to date, check that you have enough spirit and coins to learn the skill. At lv19 you should have Aware of Principle.

    Look in the list of available quests (Q > the other tab)

    there should be a yellow quest. Select that and go to the start, work through the quest.

    The cultivation quests are vital. You can't really advance without completing them.

    Some of them end with boss fights where you'll probably need assistance. The first time I did the lvl29 quest with a psychic I couldn't handle it without help. It was a breeze with a seeker, soloing it. Depends on the class, it's strengths and weaknesses.

    oh yea there it is :x hehe
    i dno how i missed it :p I'm doing all quests level by level and at lvl 20 there are alot so im lost between them (A)
    but thanks alot everyone great help I'm actually loving the community here as I've seen many before and they weren't as fast in helping as you I really appreciate it

    You will not be able to do all quests in lv.20-40 range simply because you'll level up before you finish all of the available(As I used to say,in lvs.20-40 range you're literally swimming in an ocean of quests),so my best advice its either infuse exp on your genie to avoid levelling too fast(If you think this is a bad thing),OR set your priorities to colored quests -- blue colored quests will grant you some sort of item reward and the yellowish ones are the spiritual cultivation ones(Which are a must).
