Can assasins grow tails in water?

ive been wondering this. cause, it says i need a soulsphere and i think those are for physics? im new so im just wondering. thanks :)

    If you're meaning the TideForm lvl 9 skill, you just have to have an approved wep equipped to do it. Soulsphere for Psychics, Dagger for Assassins.
