Help! Quest for eq!

hi, ive got a question, Im on as we can see almost 30, but i wear 10 lvl armor pants ect whote eq, where/which quests give me some eq? Or maybe what should I do to get it? Help me, please .

  You could always level up your tailor skill and make your own...
