DQ points bug? Just me?

As u can see from the pic, at the very bottom, I sold some DQ's 6 days ago. Then if u look at the top right, I only have 35 Dragon Points Accumulated. Obviously, its been 6 days and I still havent received my DQ points.

This is actually not new to me. I've had this bug since the 2x points on December (for some reason my dq points accumulated reset to 0). Ever since then I never received any points for the dqs i sell. That 35 points u see is because I was told to try to sell dq on another char on that account and see if I receive any points.
(If you're wondering why I still keep selling DQ, its because I have friends that uses my account and I havent told them that my char is bugged)

Anyways, Im just wondering, am I the only one that have this bug? I thought they would've fixed this by now if majority of ppl are having this problem.

EDIT:
I should also mention that I already sent 2 tickets. One of which is a few days after the 2x on december and the 2nd one few months ago. On the first ticket they said it could be lag because ppl are selling too many DQs. The second ticket they said there could be problems with my browser, but there isnt. I said I tried it on my other account and I got the DQ points.
