Nirvana Glitch

I was doing Nirvana yesterday i noticed that everytime i enter in the palace of nirvana i get quest called "The Nirvana Rally Stone" which is glitching and i don't get that nirvana rally stone in my inventory without it i can't start the instance, and on relogging once i got the stone quickly , its not only me there are 60% players those who are doing palace of nirvana are facing this weird and annoying glitch, Any help regarding this glitch would be nice.

    The only way you'll get a true GM response will be Darthpanda16 coming out here and telling you to submit a ticket on it.

    Which is also what I recommend. Submit a ticket. Provide as much detail as you can about when it happened, and include your screenshots.

    Then you would make a post just like you're above, except you would leave the last tine of text off of it and you would post it in the bug report thread.

    I have already submitted a ticket to the technical support team but they are response is not related to my problem,looks like they have no idea whats exactly going on and they are also clueless.
    Here is what support teams tells me to do:
    Hello!

    First, make sure the game is fully updated. You can obtain manual patches here:

    Next, 'Verify' the installation files through the launcher. This will fix any missing/corrupt files. You may need to do this multiple times

    Here are some other possible solutions if you have not already done so:

    Make sure the game and your drivers (graphics, network, sound, motherboard, etc) are fully updated.

    You may have to be on a Windows Admin account, or have Run as Admin access to be able to download, install, update, and run the game. If on Windows Vista or 7, you may have to change the level of your UAC settings or turn them off temporarily.

    You can try adding the game folder/files to your exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall software. Please see the help menu or support website for the software that you use if you aren't sure how to do it.

    At your own risk, you may have to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other security software temporarily while you download, install, update, login to, and play the game. Sometimes the security software will block it or throttle it, no matter what you try or even if you try to add exceptions for the game files in your security software.

    Stop any processes that may be interfering with the networking and causing issues with your connection.

    Remove/Uninstall any unnecessary programs such as toolbars or Pando Media Booster.

    You may need to uninstall the game, making sure to remove any excess files, then re-install it.


    If the above does not work, please respond with answers to the following:

    1) What exactly did you try from the above, and what were the results? (If you have tried them already, let us know exactly which you have tried)

    They always send you the canned copy-paste response first. You just have to keep working it down and pester them until they actually start looking into the meat of the matter. Follow their instructions, (because I have seen issues similar to yours resolved by something as simple as the steps they recommended), give it a shot again, and then follow up with a detailed report of what you've done from their recommendations and add any further information they may ask for.
