    HA Cleric - Done by multiple people





    Next would have to be a something like an AA seeker/BM, maybe a HA Wizard. Those are the only one's I know that haven't been done.

    You might as well ban me while you're at it then. After all, the only reason my main's not forum banned at the moment is that your moderator didn't have the guts to make it a permaban to begin with.

    I don't get it. Boogie gets permabanned. And even his alts.
    But people who make posts like this aren't permabanned yet? ...


    Just lame that such insults can go around for a good while, while others who didn't even load anything on themselves recently get banslapped again after such a long time.

    EH, it's not just cuz of one or two posts that someone should get permanently banned. Maybe just have the post edited seems more fair. I think it should only be when someone is always insulting others. I mean I'm sure you can find insulting posts from pretty much every player when they are provoked. It's easy to delete a post too, so you can act like it was unintentional. That's why it needs to be handled case by case and looked at as a whole.

    Mods do not have the power to ban. Only myself and a few select GMs can.

    Ok so technically someone banned on forum can post from the other chars from the same account, but it's not allowed.

    Can the person can post from a other account? (since it's allowed to have 2 accounts)

    Look like they don't have ''time'' to read every post, i guess you need to pm a mod or GM to complain about it, maybe they don't ban if they get no complain about the person.

    Actually, having my text stealth-edited --- especially by some forum mod who doesn't even have the guts to note that they're doing it! --- pisses me off a lot more than just having my post deleted out of hand. If they think I posted something they don't want on their forums, they should nuke that post --- not rewrite it the way they would have preferred it to read and then, like miserable little cowards, put their words in my mouth.

    Yeah, I originally had said straight up what I really think about their moderators there, before frankie went and bowdlerized it. If he didn't like it, he could've easily deleted it all. If he really felt like leaving any of it up, he could've made a note that he went and edited it. But no, he doesn't have that much intellectual integrity. Oh well, it's not as if I had any respect for him to lose.

    I hate that you're making me defend him, because I do not agree with pretty much anything he says. seriously. But most of the time although he does things like call having low refines fails and mooches. He isn't naming specific people. I think there is a big difference between personal attacks and saying "Vit builds are mooches." And whatever other opinion that he feels. So I hope they do look at the volume of his posts and anyone else people think to ticket just because of a poor post, and look at the usual over all tone of their posts. You make over 2k posts, you're likely to find at least one of a poster behaving badly and using poor judgement. But permabanning should be reserved for people who are one-track ponies who are only ever negative and rude. And whose overall forum presence isn't helpful or beneficial in anyway.

    A lot of companies do this and sweep any criticism of their company under the rug. Frankie doesn't do this and for that I do respect him even though I disagree with some of his decisions. ::shrugs::

    To each their own, if it were up to me I wouldn't ban him. I actually can't think of any regulars I'd like to see banned, even ones whose posts I personally would love the option to ignore. I think outright censorship of a person isn't something that should be taken lightly. And that if you look hard enough most of the people who keep this active has insulted someone who irritated them before.

    I dont think the discussion thread left much to be discussed. I mean how many "way out" char options are there really??

    Frankie post us a new question.

    How about this one:

    If a patch is small say 10-15mb for whatever reason. What small things in game would you like to see fixed or changed.

    I would like secret letter drop rates changed from 0.03% to 2%

    whos next.....

    EDIT wierd, depending on how I log in, the avatar takes on either my account name or my actual character which is MageMERC.....

    HA sin is probably the most common "non-ideal" build for a class. I've seen too many HA sins to know this.
