Is it possible to achieve higher refines on my Aquadash for cheap?

I'm planning to use this weapon for a long time and would like to get it to higher refines for even more consistant damage.

It's +2 right now and I'd like to get it up to +5-+7

So is it possible for cheap?

I got 20m Atm only and I'd like to only a mill or two. That's cheap to me

Well if you get super lucky you might be able to get up that way with only mirages. Just using mirages is about the cheapest way for you to get those refines, but it does all come down to luck.

Also depends what you mean by "long time" and "consistent damage".

+5 is pretty easy without orbs, +7 may be a stretch and might not really be worth it (not really gonna increase resale value proportionate to cost). Old but still useful guide: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=541751

As for consistent damage, glaives aren't the best choice, since their base damage range is quite broad, they are better for spike damage. Sensoid Emptiness (FC gold wand) is the most consistent weapon in that range if I remember right, I prefer it for cleric/mystic/veno because of the slightly more reliable healing but the Aquadash is fine too. Aquadash really shines in PvP with a wiz, but since PvP is all about 100+ r8+ these days it's not really worth refining over +5.

+5 is fine for any gear for PvE with the exceptions of a few DD weapons at endgame and armors for anyone planning to tank TT 3-2/3-3, lunar, warsong or world bosses.

Unless you have a group of regulars to run gamma for fun and you're leaving an alt wiz at 85 just for that reason I wouldn't recommend refining an aquadash over +5, you'll outgrow it faster than you think, even without hypers or trying hard to level. It will serve fine in PvE until level 100 at +5, or you can sell it at 95 and put the coin you saved not going for +7 into getting a lunar gold wand.

What I mean by long time I do mean 85-95 and by consistant damage I mean like bringing up the low end damage of my AquaDash higher. Right now I'm at 7xx-1xxx and I was trying to go for 1xxx-1xxx. Lol but now I'm thinking I should just wait for a Tisha and tienkang stone sale and meanwhile go for 95. Can you link the wand? Is it way better than Aquadash and affordable once I sell AD? I don't want that wand to clean my cash out. Lol

Also Mystics aren't really in the same place as Veno's and Cleric. We can heal but weren't meant to do that full role. If anything our damage is way better than Veno and Clerics but not up to par on a Wizard.

Sensoid Emptiness at +5 it would be 987-1004 base attack. Mystics have good versatility, any weapon will work ok for them (I still prefer wands, lol, but it's not a huge thing).

Aquadash won't get to ~1000 low end till +8. Average damage is the same between wand/glaive/pataka, the only differences are in top/bottom range.

What weapon you plan to get at lvl 95? you can get +5 with mirages and with tisha or tienken 6-7 if lucky but +5 for a aquadash is enough.

    refining for noobs

Step #1 : Gathering the refining materials, you will need mirage and some event gold

mirage celestone cost should be around 10500-11000 each

farm dqs or buy them to get dq's points to redeem Demon/Sage Event Card from the DQ Rewards page
there is other way to get dqs points like chest of coins and yo ucan also do event like Celestial Tiger Event and w/e other event that gives event gold

Step #2 : Once you have your event gold and some mirage go to your favorite Elder(mive is City of the lost) to refine your gear. what i usually do is go for +1-2 then use either Tienkang stone or Tisha stone from event boutique

from my personal experience this is probly the cheapest way to refine gear i got mine to +6 easily keep in mind that weapon need 2 mirage per try so its a lil mor expensive to refine weapon

Than you should maybe keep your money to refine your Neon Purgatory since you will probably use more long than the Aquadash, but if you plan to use R8 at lvl 100 you should maybe don't waste money on the Neon and keep the Aquadash till lvl100 to get R8, but it's your decision.
