    • Coins disappeared

    Hello,

    I remember having like 110k or more coins yesterday, i just log in to see that i have only 4k ?

    I read that i can use a catshop account in the same time and in the same PC with my main, so i'm logged on my alt account too.

    So the disappeared coins is related to the fact that i'm connected to both accounts ?

    It seems that coins are the only missed thing.

      Did you repair some equips? As far as I know, having a catshop open should not affect your main's coins.

      I didn't set up the catshop with my main char (who's missing coins) i mentioned the other account just in case running 2 PWI instances in the same PC has something to do with that.

      So :

      I opened my alt char first (Nawwara)
      I logged in my main char (GLuTToNNY)
      I noticed that the coins were missed.
      I posted here ^^.

      Another 'event' happened yesterday, i joined a faction. the faction can take my coins without my knowledge or approval ?

      Running two clients shouldn't have anything to do with it. I've been doing that for my catshop since ages, and the two characters' info have never influenced one another unless I specifically trade between them.

      Factions can't take your coin at all, you'd have to give it to them knowingly. Did anything appear in the other char's inventory that might make up for the missing coin?

      Your best bet, however, is to send in a ticket, including all screenshots, as this would be a customer issue >Missing Items, Probably they can help you .

      nope, not that i can recall anyway, i have stopped PWI months ago, i'm only back since a few days ago for my main, and today for my alt.

      Well, i'm gonna pass the ticket option, 100k coins isn't that big, i'm not in a hurry after all.

      *cough*

      One 'little' thing i did yesterday before logging off, is leveling skills... and i just saw that skills cost coins to level up (and also why i can't level up skills even if i had enough spirit...)
