I was doing a TT today when I noticed something very annoying(And pretty unique in

GLITCH, Im so mad PW need to fix this and that and

    OP was saying they killed 4 mobs.

    19 + 4 = 23 not 22.

    One of the mobs gives a kill count of 0 for some reason.

    Oh, I see now - wasn't paying that much attention to the screenshots.

    That's the least of the game glitches problems though.

    its not a glitch alot of mobs in hh wont give u a kill point. so stop qqing and go kill another mob ur a sin shouldnt be hard with stealth.

    Was gonna say this but looks like you figured it all out. He counts as a boss and not a mob, so just like Djinn doesn't count towards your mob count, neither does he.

    From how wine works it looks like kill count is based on absence of mobs more than death of mobs. For instance an instance starts with 60 mobs, wine removes 40, you have "killed" 40 mobs and the count is satisfied. If one was abducted by aliens that would count, too. I'd assume taming would account towards kill count, too.
