Install from FlashDrive?

ive been playing pwi for a long time and my girlfriend plays also when she can problem is she just moved and now her only internet is through tethering her phone. i want to redownload perfect world on her computer but with her current speeds it'll be years before she plays pwi on her computer so my question is how should i go about downloading pwi to a flashdrive/External hard drive to install on her computer. i can download whatever needs to be at my house with my wifi and install it onto her computer with minimal internet use. (right?) i know her connnection to the game would suck but even lagging arround HTis better than sitting at home with nothing at all. Help PLZ!!!

and in case it matters her computer is a Emachine.... ehhh and it runs Windows Vista thats all i know about it atm because im not beside it.
we had the game installed before but i had to do a full system wipe on her comp because of all the other BS she had installed. now with the limited net i see that may not have been the best solution

    U can even just copy/paste the whole pwi client from your machine and paste it in your girlfriend's machine , pwi can be played without even installing won't create a problem .

    okay but my question then is where is the client installed that i can jus copy and paste?
    id still rather install the game on her computer honestly but this might be a nice fix while that happens.

    the default installation directory is "C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International"

    You'll need an 8GB flash drive.
    If the drive is fast enough, you can even run the client off it. (Most 8GB drives are)

    okay, ive been trying to do the same thing..but when i put flashdrive in and go into patcher or launcher..they wont freaking open at all...so my good copy from my other computer...wont do anything...what am i missing?

    Either you didn't copy all the data, your drive is corrupt, or security software is blocking it.
