Safety Lock Problem!!!

I set my safety lock on my wiz for 1 hour a couple of days ago.
And now RANDOMLY the safety lock will set to 1 hour on its own for all my other characters on the account.
I'm not set to pvp so that's fine so it's not an issue with getting pk'd.

It's just frustrating when i finish a quest and have a full inventory thinking i'm gonna get a **** load of coins/dq points etc. just to see that my safety lock is activated with 54 minutes remaining. This has actually happened on several occasions...

At first i thought maybe i was accidently clicking the lock and pressing 1 or something. But after continuous play i've realized that it's doing it completely on its own.

Someone PLEASE HELP ME

Currently waiting for... 39 minutes to continue my culti quest :O

EDIT:I found out u could reduce the time to 0 but I don't know how. But this would only help me on my other characters (as the 3 day wait period isn't a problem).
But I need to know how to solve the problem permanently for my Wizard. I don't want to have to wait 3 days twice a week without the option for pvp.

    1. Set your safety lock to 1 minute (the default, 0 is not an option.)
    2. Wait 72 hours and don't touch it on any character for the duration of those 72 hours.
    3. If that works, don't touch it ever again.
    4. If it doesn't, submit a ticket.

I logged on today to my wizard who had 1 hour on safety lock.
I set it to 1 minute and relogged. But instead of going to 1 minute, it kept resetting back to 1 full hour.
This happened everytime i tried to set it to 1 minute.

    Help meeeeee!!!!

Dude, read the message that appears when you set the time.

It takes 72 hours to change. If you touch it at all before the 72 hours is up it will reset the 72 hour timer.
