Im just wondering what the community of PWI is like and if the servers are still active? Ive been lookin for a MMO with a good pvp/pk system for a while now (without any luck). I recently was going to try L2 but since the servers where based in Texas the movement delay was just useless

I played PWI a long long time ago so dont really remember much about it so basicly im just looking for a little information from you guys

    The pvp in this game can be very good when you and your opponent are equally geared, but that's almost never the case in pwi.

    Gear can cost upwards of 300 dollars for anything ''decent'' and over 4000 dollars if you want to compete with the top. That is, unless you feel like farming and/or merchanting for several years.

    The pvp community isn't that big either, it's usually the same handful of people at the same 2 or 3 spots doing... not that much.

    but i dont really like the pk at maximum gear
    i dont want a fight to last 15 minutes and end with draw cuz you cant kill each other

    i prefer fights of equal gear where an amplified ultimate skill crit is actually an oneshot

    r9r+12 full josd is way to much defense

    As for your other questions, yes the servers are still active.
    There are even new ones based in Europe (France and Germany).

    Reply to the first part of HexOmega's post:
    Some idiots would say it's natural selection, but it a sure way to get QQ and ragequit from the non-extreme cashshoppers (the latter being even more obnoxious and bored than ever... ah, irony, which is the exact same reason why newbies hardly can survive in the current economical PWI context)...

    Cheers for the replys, seems very interesting. Yeah its the same with every F2P game you always get the crazy cash shop players but thats somethin you have to deal with
