How to respond to fails that request spawnpoint RB BH?

I try to avoid the squads where the leader doesn't disclose the method for the BH in their world chat, but it's difficult with so many ignorant squad makers and my limited time.

It's almost always the 2 aoe veno with **** gear, the vit cleric with G13 Morai weapon, or the derpaps sin that's the first to request spawn point if it comes up, and they don't even have the courtesy to equip a FB Blessing.

Today, I just told that fail veno to get a Jones Blessing if they wanted SP (the squad would definitely fail at SP w/o me). The leader chimed in and said they lacked the pots for SP anyway (after asking us). I was ready to drop squad since fail veno wanting SP just stood there.

The more fail you are: the more I have to pot, tank, work, etc. With a good squad: wave 3 @ spawn can be done w/o pots for Cleric, Mystic, Wiz, and Veno (maybe more). Rank 9, and +11/12 aren't even required! It's not right for these mooch bags to get a vote.

I would have laughed if leader said; "ok, we're doing spawn as you wish but we're gonna need to replace you for it" to the veno.

I think leaders might be afraid to put mooch bags in their place? I for one would like to see more balls and clarity from squad leaders. They could have kicked that lazy veno and we still would have succeeded (even after squad leader took bonus, set up MP aura and went straight to derpapsing the invisible npc next to the eye in our rainbow squad).

    I wish the same for Faction leaders as most of em don't kick some ******* members even after months of not doing any base quests and spamming faction chat with either help requests or random trashtalk.

    Hey, what some people call fail, is not always so.

    I recently needed Stage 4 for my 91 seeker and his chrono chain.
    Not having any luck getting in a squad, I formed my own using teles.

    It was BH day, so there were a lot of spawn runs going for 2 and 3. I said I was going to 4, got a group and they laughed.
    They kept asking me when I was going to bring in my main. I told them that this was the toon I planned to use and had no doubts that I could do it.
    So the 101's and 102's LOL'ed at me and decided to go ahead with the run anyhow.

    We got to Stage 3 where the two or three mobs end up spawning behind where the cleric had BB'ed, they squad had been talking about it for two waves so I figured they were ready.
    Apparently not.
    It was quite unfortunate as I sat there with Vortex up watching them fall over.
    Repeatedly.
    Then they decided that they were going to port back to the beginning and start anew there.
    ........While I sat there with Vortex up, and not dead........
    I got a really good laugh when the asked where the hell I was and my response was, "running back to you guys with all the mobs you left me with".

    I don't have "Pro" gear, I'm not a cash shopper and my merchanting skills are merely marginal.
    I've got a full MountCrasher set with 4-soc immac citrines that's mostly +4 with a couple +5. My weap is a Divine Comprehensionthat I managed to get lucky with and score +6 in 10 tries. Hell my tome is only level 2 or something, and I've got just under 10k hp with barb buffs.

    But for those that thought I was going to fail, I had the last laugh.

    Weird thread. On Raging Tides, all Delta is spawnpoint, and no one seems to have a problem with it o.0

    LOL for BH I never really see it not being a spawn point. It's just saves a lot of time, time that you could spend doing something else and more than make up for the costs. I mean, it's only wave 2. :P

    You gotta love seekers. I started running full GV around that level with my friends. I remember the first time we did we didn't hit any major problems until wave 9. Which sucked because we almost lost the GV being so close to the end of the run. Also you gear far beats what mine was using. I had a mix of mountcrasher, HH90 gold, and OHT armor, and with barb buffs I was only around like 9.3k HP.
    Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, and as it always has, rock crushes scissors.

    That's because if you have good enough gears you can just solo it as a DD. I've charmed it multiple times thanks to swords. b:sad

    Starting point Delta was done over 2-3 years ago...when people had TT90s and below...how much "win" does someone exactly have to be for requesting spawn point?

    Today I dropped out of a wave 2 SP. Mystic stood there with Devil out and only used Gale Force and Natures Vengeance. Cleric was R8 and pure or close to it, yet Mystic dropped healing herbs and not Befuddling. This Mystic had +7 R8 weapon, was lvl 101 and still sucked that bad. The level 105 sin was afk from the start.

    I said "sorry but this squad is gonna fail. mystic doesn't even aoe". Mystic tells me they have 1 aoe: Gale Force. - Didn't regret dropping out.

    For those that don't know this class: Storm Mistress has a very powerful mag AoE, Thicket is a very powerful 2 spark AoE, and Cragglord has very strong fire AoE. Befuddling Creeper AoE debuffs pdef and mdef. Mystic is one of the best DD's you can bring to RB as they can do 4 very good aoes within an HF, but not that pos.

    There are a lot of fails on HT apparently. I suspect many are poorly learned / poorly geared alts used to moochbag BH runs and horde Nirvana keys. I see it's working for them, but I'm not there to teach people their class or compensate for their L80 weapon at L101.

    What Quilue said. I Multi-client Spawn Delta. I preffer not to do Delta any other way unless its a full run and even then, its just as easy most of the time. =/ People have too much expectations for others and their gear. Gear does NOT equal skill as a player it just makes stuff easier.

    I would just ask for lead... say thanks for help to open and boot everyone except my veno pals. After all... if I am solo charm/apoc tanking waves... why would I want needless lag. Probably the only use for sage barrage though.

    The only time I ever see someone downplaying gear in game is when it's done by someone that also plays poorly. If you read the first post, you'd also see how I'm pointing at people who don't use their skills. So they fail at being responsibly equipped, and they fail at playing.

    I also shouldn't have to expect something of people, because they shouldn't expect me to carry them through an instance to begin with.

    Also, how about you stop being a **** and give people a friendly hint on what to do? Everyone is new to things at some point. If everyone acted like you, noone would learn anything...

    Ok stupid head, since you need a teacher: Uninstall game. Go fail in RL.

    Not knowing Beffudling Mist, and Thicket are AoE is acceptable; not knowing over half your AoEs is not.

    Believe it or not... people play this game to have fun... not to spend hours to educate someone who should have already learn the stuff themselves. If I play the game for a hour a day... I am not going to spend 50 minutes of it trying to teach some idiot how to play their own class. And I am certainly not going to stick around to do all the work for them. Its completely within anyone's right to leave a party that they find to be sub-standards.

    Team play requires each members of the team to actually know what he's doing. Not one guy doing all the work while five other guys stuff cake in to their mouths. That is known as fat camp.

    So if I decide not to run with a **** party... its rage quitting? What am I suppose to do? Stick around and carry a fail squad with my own resources? There are countless times where I have to freaking hold a BH boss with my OWN charm... cause some freaking idiot can't take the aoe hits when I specific told them to stay the f out of its aoe range since there is NO cleric. I would much rather ask a friend/guildie to help me open rb and solo it then run with some poor excuse for a DD.

    I think "use Thicket it's an aoe" takes less of your time and resources than rage quitting squad and finding a new one. IJS

    i like to dual log my cleric and barb. slap an mp charm on the cleric and put BB back farther than everyone else does.. pull mobs on barb like old style, but not taking as long as it used to. Cleric placed properly never gets hit or bb drop. peoples problems are that they insist to setup literally inside the spawn point. Mobs will immediately target the cleric due to heal aggro - and no surprise the squad dies.
