Best Veno Build + PvP or PvE Server?

What is the best kind of Veno Build state what each kind of build is good for and how much points to put into what every either level or two.
What kind of Build do I need to eventually get this armor - http://images-cdn.perfectworld.com/www/blog/2010/08/veno.jpg

Also what kind of server is better/ more fun for a Venomancer PvP or PvE?

    Are you okay with being free to be killed out of town? Go PVP.

    Don't want to be cannon fodder and choose when you want to PK at higher levels? PVE.

    Depens who you want to survie more against, Mag clases or Phys classes.

    azura and I are heavy venos so we have good survival against melee and a lesser defense against magic. arcane would have a have the opposite problem.

    the only class that bothers me is SIN...
    but i sure bother them too by 1shoting them...
