help in DQ rewards

anyone know where the DQ reward go from the transportation because i,ve send a makeover scroll to my player but its doesn't appear on my inventory so i need help in this thing plz

    The dq rewards get sent to you by mail

    No when you claim a prize on the pwi.perfectworld.com/dqrewards website it'll send you an ingame mail in your ingame mailbox to accept your reward.

    The mailbox is located beside any banker. Looks like a green mailbox on
    a pole. Treat it like any npc, click on it, choose open mail, it will give you a list of the
    mail in ur box, click on it, then click READ.

    Another window will open showing the mail. Down in bottom left-hand corner is a small
    icon with item in it. Click on ITEM, and it will transfer into ur inventory.
