after being banned, i submited a ticket and got an auto reply saying that i need to wait 3-4 days for an answer, this doesnt make sense, sorry. Do i rly need to wait 3 days in ignorance about the ban? is there other way to get this resolved? ty

The automatic response is there to let you know they received your ticket and are assigning a GM to handle it. Your ticket is one of hundreds if not thousands sent every day, so you will just have to wait patiently for them to assist you.

There isn't any other way to speed the process though, and make sure not to send another ticket as it would lower your place in the response cue.
