I have some problems with my PWI that I think I really have to contact a GM for the issue or summit a ticket. Anyone know how I can do that?

Edit: I can't enter PWI so don't tell me to WC for a GM in game.

You can either post to them on their wall via Core, or you can just go to the User Control Panel and send a message to them through there. (Link is "UserCP" on the little navbar.)

No to mention that is probably the absolute worst way to try getting ahold of a GM.

    Duh!

Seriously, if you can't manage that, don't worry about your issue and uninstall the game.

    Hello,

To echo what a few others have said, please submit a ticket.

Judging by your initial post, since you can't enter the game, I am guessing you've got a technical issue going on.

Send in a ticket, and mark it for Tech support, and they should be able to help you figure out what's going on.

It does, you just have to be persistent.

That's only because a lot of people expect to have their problem solved right away. They don't realize that with their workload, it can take a GM 5-7 days before they get to your ticket in the stack. They also don't work on tickets over the weekend or on holidays very often. (Which happens to be when the majority of people submit tickets to support and want help NOW.)

If I'm at home, or not doing anything for 5 minutes, I'm on the tech support forum. I can be a bit cynical sometimes, but if you truly want help and post the information I ask for, I'm going to do what I can to help. I have a large pool of experience, not only with this game, but with networks, computer systems, and servers that I can use to narrow down what your problem is. Not only that, but I have several systems dating from not quite meeting the recommended hardware, up to more recent gear, and I run every Windows OS from 98 to Win8 on them along with a couple of flavors of Linux.

I have even set up my own private server and I play with the source code of both the client and the server. (It's down atm, but I just got the new server box yesterday and now I'm just waiting for new hard drives to drop in it.)

Sadly, most people don't post anything helpful and then just QQ that they can't get help.

Just for order sake, I'm going to move this to the technical support forum. SylenThunder is a very helpful member of the forums, so I can safely stand behind what he's saying. Thanks Sylen!

Well Ok then here's the problem.

When I log into my mystic's account, it loads up to the black screen where it says 'Entering Perfect World...' but doesn't go any further. I can hear the music in the background but after a while it just says 'Disconnected'. For my sin's account, I cannot see any characters in the character selection page and I have made sure I have the right server selected. At last, for my bank account, I can log into the game but as soon as I'm logged in, it disconnects.

I have tried re-downloading the game, putting PWI into the exception list on my Antivirus, verifying files a multiple times, restarting my PC and disabling my firewall but non of them can solve the issue. I also tried restarting my modems and tried plugging my cable into different ports but they seem to do nothing.

Would this be my provider network issue? Since it's having some problems recently.

For your Mystic, that's a common error that occurs if you log out or CTD/DC* in a bugged area. (There an an amazing number of these, it's a wonder I don't hear about it more often.)
The solution for this is to hold down the "W" key while you see the loading screen after selecting your character. It may take a few tries, but that will usually fix it. If not, Open a ticket to support and they will relocate your toon for you.

On your sin's account, the usual reason is that you have the incorrect server chosen, but as you said, you've verified that already. I would recommend verifying the files, but if that were the issue, you wouldn't be seeing the characters on your other account to try logging into them.

For your bank account, it could be similar to the issue with your Mystic. I have been in that situation and was able to be in game for as long as 20 or 30 seconds before it disconnected me, and I was unable to do anything while I was there.

Aside from running the client as administrator, (if you're on Vista or newer), you seem to have covered your bases. From here it looks like you may be able to get your Mystic and shop account working again in short order, but your sin appears to be something that needs to be looked at on the server side.

    * CTD=Crash to Desktop, DC=DisConnect

I don't think my Mystic is in a bugged area because my friend can log onto her.

Would it be my Internet Service Provider network issue? Since it was having problem before and during those times I didn't have internet access. The weird thing is: I could still browse websites, use MSN, Skype and such but games that require server connection did not work at all. The first time, it was like that for a week then it was automatically fixed but some of my games still couldn't connect to their servers. PWI was one of them. It was the same issue as the one it's having now. After 3 days the network went weird again and was finally fixed after a week and a half. But PWI and some other games have the same issue.

Edit: I tried the solution you provided for a few times but it didn't solve the problem.

Well, I'm assuming that you verified a couple of times after adding the client directory to the exception lists, if not then you should give it a shot again.

That is odd that it works at your friends, but not on yours in that case. It does point to something that is local to your system. It could be an interfering process, (toolbars are notorious for causing issues, even if you don't have a browser window open), or a problem with your connection.

To narrow it down further, I'll need a link to a published Speccy file and a dxdiag log. (Sample)
For the internet connection, I'll need to see the output from a traceroute.

If you contact them with the question to go over the daily gold-charging limit, they will probably ring at your doorbell within the minute.

Edit: Sylen is indeed very helpfull. Knowing that he doesnt get paid to help in this way, he puts the entire tech-staff to shame.
