A New Beginning!

So hello guys!
I'm kind of tired of playing all these stupid mmo's, but PWI just has a hold on me and I don't know why...
I want to go back log on and create a new character, start from scratch, move up, you know normal stuff.
But can someone tell me if it is still worth it to play this game anymore? Is this game still good in the matter of entertainment value?
I haven't played this since around 2 years ago, and wondering if it worth playing now?
Can some one tell me if things are good or bad?

    Well the game as a whole is the more $$$ you spend the better you are.

    So if you're looking for mainly PvE then yeah play and enjoy a Mystic, if you're wanting PvP either choose a diferent game or go on one of those private server things that I did not just mention.

    This game isn't fun anymore. There are tons of better games out there run by companies that actually respect their playerbase.

    I know there are tons of games out there that are better, it is just that I personally love PWI, and just want to know if it is still playable...
    I don't care about PvP, I'm more of a PvE guy :P
    PWI just has a grip on me considering I've played it for o'so long and just quit, and it bugs me how bad i actually want to play but I just don't want to try so bad at being the best..b:surrender

    Well, if that's the case, then yes it's very playable. PvE is the only area the game has made any real progression for the better. They've released special PvE specific gear that's surpasses r8. Although the weapon is not recommended for healers. And they've added instances and updated bosses that warrant a need for casters and deter aps.

    Just remember to exploit bugs whenever you get the chance, and never waste time sending in any tickets, they won't be read.

    Hey there, my main is a Mystic.

    I myself am not much of a PKer. About PvE, I can tell you that I choose targets and watch my pet do the rest. I heal it 100% with minimal mana use (talking about 1-2% of my mana). But then I get bored and aggro multiple mobs just for fun and my pet and I sort of share 10 mobs :D I maybe even involve a plant that starts shooting stuff.

    I think mystics are weak (or maybe I just allocated points the wrong way *khm* OR BOTH). I won duels against seekers before but.. Generally I use up a lot of potions and stuff which I get from quests. I am always full of money, I have enough of it to buy spells and new equipment.

    I'm a part of a wonderful faction, ppl who actually help me with bosses (and I help them), we squad, yesterday we even (failed to) PK xD

    I don't intend to use real money so I'll never be the best (nor I know how to play well). I like doing quests, squadding and just flying around cause PWI is vast and beautiful.

    If you decide to join and make a mystic I might even make a seeker. And if I don't, we can always play together.. PM me --> Annakinna or Vallkirie.

    Also, mystics are healers, with enough mana i can save myself from death quickly and then fly away from mobs. I can heal, buff and ressurrect my squad and friends.

    One time was the best when I had to kill 30 mobs in 30 min and I stayed on a bridge, commanding and healing my pet and I did that quest in 5 min.

    Mystics are a wonderful class in PvE and 1v1 PvP, in my experience. Mystics really show their strength in PvE with "?" mobs/bosses compared to any other caster class. They're also good for solo PvE.

    Mystics in PvP have a variety of techniques to stop the opponent from attacking. Using stuns/sleep/seals/immobilize, mystics are a force to reckon with in 1v1 pvp/pk.

    The previous poster said he thinks mystics are "weak." I don't think so. Mystics can be very powerful in certain areas.

    It's the person behind the mystic that says it's weak that is weak. Assassins were seriously nerfed recently in PvE an not given much from Morai for PvP. Mystics on the otherhand were boosted in both areas. Assassins used to be most desired for squads in general, but it will become Mystics if the trend keeps up.

    So today I did a few quests with some friends.. and I figured out mystics are not that weak at all. I also duelled 3 ppl with same lvl and I won all of them. I even repeated one duel without summons and I also won. Ppl died as common as I did and it could be worse if my pet wasn't a tank all the time and I a part time healer.

    I apologize for the words above.

    And as I said, I allocated some points to a DEX which I don't need at all. And that makes me a bit weaker...
