Don't know because you didn't like to your system specs, just the site you used for checking. If you want to share your system specs, use Speccy, and publish the info, then give us the link to it.

As far as playing 35 minutes and then freezing, this has been fairly common for a while, but much more frequently recurring since they updated elementclient.exe a few patches ago. Given your system information via Speccy, and a dxdiag log, I can give you some tips to slow it down, or prevent it, (depending on when it's happening).

    1. Get rid of the Bing toolbar. It is a resource hog, and your system doesn't have the resources to spare. Especially with the memory leak in the client.

    2. Turn off Aero. You should see a nice increase in FPS afterwards.

    3. You've also got a lot of HP bloatware that comes in your system. Keep it from running, or use GameBooster to disable it while you're playing.

    4. Un-install Pando Media Booster. It's wasting your resources and using some of your bandwidth as well. (Stupid fake "Direct Download".)

    5. Reboot your PC. It still shows your PWI Installer process as running.

    6. Although it's new to you, the technology in your system is still on the low end for running the game.
I would turn off the "Terrain" option, Shadows and V-Sync.
Turning down the water will help as well, so does disabling refraction.
You will probably want to keep the grass down, as well as the "Distance" slider. (Don't put distance above half.)
Trees and Clouds are more of a personal preference, they don't have a huge impact on your FPS, but can help a bit by turning them down.

By making those changes, you'll have a more stable system and the client should run a bit better with fewer crashes. If you get some antivirus software, don't forget to add the client's directory to your exceptions list so that the antivirus doesn't kill your game files.
It won't keep the client from crashing completely, they need to fix the client for that. It will make it crash less often though by freeing up some of your limited resources.

NP. And for anyone having trouble understanding what I mean... here's an image

Note: with Water set to the lowest level, Refraction has no noticeable effect other than reducing your FPS a bit.

I've noticed other people saying to do this, I just have a quick question. If we uninstall this, will that effect being able to update when they do maintenance or do the updates install some other way? I don't want to have to reinstall this program every time I update, it would get annoying.

As far as I know, that program is only installed when downloading/installing the game. I don't have that program on my comp and I got no issues getting the updates to install so it dosen't affect the game in any way by not having it.

That is correct. it is only used for the initial download of the install files. It then sits there and uses your PC as part of the "cloud" sharing the files to take some load off of the servers that Pando hosts.
Un-installing Pando will have no negative effect whatsoever on your system. It is only beneficial for you to remove it.

Just wondering... couldn't they ban your character for using drugs in the name?

Not that I would report or anything, but I can almost guarantee there will be players blowing the whistle. Some people think of themselves as protectors of Perfect World and go around reporting everything.

I'm pretty sure as long as it's not something that is used to subvert the profanity filter, they don't care.
