You have entered invalid payment instrument details. Please check and try again.

I'm using the same visa debit card i always use, the details are entered exacly as on card and there are more than sufficient funds to cover the transaction. Please fix asap. b:surrender

    Same trouble here :(

    i used my card lots of times.... now.. i'm trying to get zen from two days and it doesn't work yet :( please fix!! b:cry

    I called Visa they stated previous transactions had been declined due to wrong expiration date and to call the processing company. I live in Canada I am not calling britain to resolve this. Also I tried clearing my cookies still no luck.
