transfer zhen to server issue

simple question. when you go to the transfer zhen, have pwi selected and the proper server selected, as well as the zhen amount to transfer to server. even after you click ok it doesn't transfer to the server why would this occur. I've transferred zhen more then once, so by no means am I new to it but it doesn't seem to wanna transfer to the server this time around.

    I'd tell you to submit a ticket to support, but I guess that this thread will eventually be moved to the Technical Support Zone... But then again, you will be invited to ...send a ticket to support by mods and GMs.

    If you haven't already tried (although Fuzzy suspects you have) simply logging out of the site and back in may perhaps make a difference?

    In an effort to get you some more support on the issue Fuzzy is placing this thread in the cash-shop sub forum where a GM like Shnuggles may be better suited to answering your problem.

    Now that we are in the office (we are in California) there is someone here that can answer your question. You have to allow more time for people to see you question and have the ability to reply. Below is the normal troubleshooting that will fix a majority of the issues that can occur with the website. If you continue to have trouble, you will need to contact the billing department via the support page.

    Please first try logging out of the website and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue for you. If not, please continue to the step below.

    Please restart your web browsing session. You'll need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website. You should be able to properly charge ZEN after your session has been cleared.

    If this issue persists, you can also use an alternate web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer.

    If this is not the issue or you are still experiencing issues with the payment page, please let us know.

    need at least a lvl 10 char on that server
