    Hm. This isn't quite the right place to post something like that; and I doubt that any GM would respond to this even if it were in the Help section...


    Best bet is to send in a ticket with your complaint/whatever.
    Or try the French forum. :o

    I would suggest that you send a ticket: http://support.perfectworld.com/

    The Customer Service team doesn't go on the forums, and getting a GM response is rare.

    Just send a ticket and the CS team will help you out (unless your problem could be solved by the community, in that case just tell us your problem).
