No Quest for 3rd Fairy Culti from General Summer

Hello I'm from server Heaven Tear and I cant receive any culti quest from General Summer. Please help me. I have sent countless times of message in game but no response at all. I hope this issue can be resolved. I dont know about other characters but for me, the quest(orange color) just not there.b:surrender

    1. What level are you and what cultivation quest are you trying to receive? (there's one where you have to die to continue, but it's not issued from Gen. Summer.)

    2. Hitting the in-game GM message option is about as productive as slamming your head into a wall repeatedly. If you want a GM/Support response, submit a ticket.

    Level 101. The third fairy hmm after fb99 heaven. The one i need to do full RB to get new skills.

    General Summer is only to start the Chrono Quests which are required to do in order to get the 3rd fairy. What you need to do is check the guides that will tell you who to go to in order to continue your culti after FB99.
