Today I have just end University Access Exams, the main reason why I stopped playing PWI is for this exams, but I just was temporaly out ( not stop playing forever ) and today, after this exams I was planing to play PWI all the day but seems like PWI erased all my charts, it's possible?

I want to play again and wasted a lot of real money in this game :S, any solutions?

I tried submiting a ticket but every time I get an error.
