Unable To Connect Server

When I write my ID and Password and try to logg in it loads and it says "unable to connect server"

I tried it a couple of time and also restarted my PC but it still doesnt work please help b:shockedb b:shutup

    Your traceroute in the other thread you posted in stops kind of short.

    Shut off your PC AND your router for a couple of minutes. Start up your router and wait for it to get connected, and then start up your PC and wait for it to completely boot up. (Just because you see your desktop does not mean that it's done booting.)

    After that's done, make sure that your client directory is added to the exception list for your antivirus software, and that elementclient.exe, patcher.exe, and port 29000 are open on your firewall for the client to get through. (port 29000 TCP and UDP needs to be allowed to elementclient.exe)

    Then once that is done, give it a shot.
    If it doesn't work, post the complete traceroute.

    I get a dc during i play 2 hours ago. No i get always the message "unable to connect server" (US West, Heavens Tear). I reboot, reset all, nothing happens.

    I am having the exaxt same problem since this morning. I disconnected during game play and afterward couldn't log back on. Interestingly enough, when I go to Select Server - the client's splash page isn't loading, either - the East Coast and European servers all show as working fine, while West Coast shows as offline.

    So I'm guessing it's a hub problem, and not necessarily on my end. I'm from Germany too, like RangedLife. I haven't changed anything on my computer's settings, and I've been playing this game on this same computer pretty much since it came out. Disabling Firewall/Virus Protection/etc. makes no difference.

    @Rangedlife your problem is solved now , and mine has started idk why ?

    I'm getting dc in every 3-4 mins after logging in game , First what i did is restarted my P.C and Modem waited for a while then started again , but still the problem persists,
    I don't have any Anti-Virus , and My Windows Firewall is off so they shouldn't create a problem. I have a normal speed like i always do , plus my traceroute shows that it is normal like it is always , I can't figure out what is the problem , 3 hours ago my game was running smooth without any problems related to dc or connection problem .
    I really can't figure out whats going is it a fault at my end or pwi servers , So here im posting my traceroute to pwi servers(raging tide)

    having same problems I keep restarting my laptop (usually it works after a few tries but it didn't this time) also, tried the switching computer and modem off and still nothing, ah well just going to wait till tomorrow and see what happens, anyway i would send a traceroute if i knew how to, always had the problem of as soon as i logg out but want to play it again later i always had to restart my laptop.

    restarted it again just to make sure and it worked but now heres my question why do i have to restart my laptop like 3-5 times to get it to work (sorry for double-post)

    i had the exact same problems the other day in harshlands
    try changing your compatibility thats what i did and it worked

    Ive got this issue since 12 hours ago and counting...
    I did everything!!!! rebooted pc, modem, even turned Norton off and nothing! and Im having same issue with west coast server in FW, so definately there is an issue connecting any pw or fw west coast servers for me.
    I sent tracert to PW as ticket and they said its fine... If anyone have any way to fix the issue I would appreciate it. ty :(

    Lately the router hub in Denver has been experiencing some issues. Unfortunately, when it falls over, the alternate path is through Euless Texas, which is a central hub spanning 3-4 routers in one locations, and I've seen the wiring there, it's a mess.

    is there anything at all I can do? Does this mean I wont be able to connect west coast servers ever again?! how many tickets do I need to send to PWI reporting the issue to get it fixed?, Do they actually fix anything or its just random luck till those huds or wires get repaiedr? sorry I dont know nothing about the servers I just wanna log in somehow! 24 hours and counting...

    If you post a traceroute to the server I can take a look and offer some possible solutions. Sometimes all you have to do is unplug your router for 5 minutes, but it's hard to say without seeing exactly where your issue is.

    Tyvm for your help guys! I finally found out the problem :(
    My IPS banned ALL the west coast servers IPs cause an international security alert, possibly cause a massive **** attack (which makes some sore of sense considering PWI got their west coast servers **** not long ago, but what do I know b:shutup ), they explained these r system alerts from their international providers and its auto so thats the reason why other Countries r experienced same issue JUST with west coast servers. Also, according with my IPS the only way to unbanned the IPs is if/when PWI renew those IP so they get into the secured category again. Sorry if the info is not 100% accurate about the renew thing and the PWI actions, Im just repeating what they told me. So if u r experience this issue with west coast servers first call to your IPS asking for the west coast IPs. Last but not least, tech people, do u know how accurate this info is? how long takes this process to get the IPs unbanned if so? ty in advance

    IMO, your ISP is ran by morons. Blocking all of the West Coast cuz of a possible **** attack is the stupidest thing ever.
