Which server to choose?

Good day people, I've been playing on Lost City server for a long time (2.5 yers +) and now i feel nostalgia of those old good days, when there was no frost, and people lvl up not for pvp, and lvl-up'ing to lvl 100 is not 2-3 days deal. when i'm doing bh - after 2 years: looking for bh29 party, have barb and cleric, need 1 more DD, and now: lf for 1 high lvl for bh59 so we can just go after him and collect our free exp. thats BULLS**T. i miss those old-times, doing bh, lvl-uping by quests, and counting my coins to buy some npc armor. so what server should i choose guys? thank you for yoour oppinion, by the way, im from europe, so it would be great to choose european serve, but if there's the same situation as in Lost city, so i dont want to play on any european servers.

    This is purely my opinion, but sadly the most populated servers left are the PvE (Carebear servers) Heaven's Tear and Sanctuary. There are other options as well, but from what I've seen by glancing around on the different servers, those two seem to be the most active. If you would rather prefer a East Coast Server I would recommend Harshlands. Good luck to whatever you decide.

    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    Well it can't hurt to make a toon in all the potential servers you wish to play. Get your character to 30 and see for yourself what each server did.

    Examples

    Goings on in Worldchat. (Drama / recruiting / general banter)

    Any Players trying to help you out / recruit you to their faction to help you

    Any other fellow low level players with to squad

    Population in Arch (Since 80% of the population is here 24/7 when logged on sadly in any server)

    Etc etc.

    30 is a very quick and easy level to obtain (I suggested this so you can spend time around arch and evaluate the pk or w/e else in arch as well.)

    Or you can just come to Heaven's Tear and skip all of this

    no. just please not harshlands, pvp is dead pve is high lvl blah blah blah and most everyone moved to vendetta

    I'd support what was already said: make a toon on every server, don't even need to level it, just make a cleric and fly over to archo, check shops and auction, watch world chat and so forth.

    As for the European server, LOL, just abandoned Lothranis in desperation and moved to Lost City instead b:laugh

    Can not judge the German server, but the French server I found to be insane CSing, low overall online numbers, all just about power levelling, felt decaying and sad.. :/

    I think if you wish for the old times back, where onlevel squads battled the odds through unwined instances - you have to live deep within your memories, or (!) make a guild for just old time questers, recruite those as unhappy with the current power levelling craze as you are, and try pull that off. Those gamers are still about, often lonely and despairing, so find them and team up ^_^ My husband and I are on a duo mission, tried Qingzi on at level 30, died (obviously b:chuckle) but will return each gained level and risk it once more. This gives us aims and stops us from the temptation to power level.

    PWI has changed. I played a long time ago, before hypers and FC, so was a bit of a culture shock to return, but all what we enjoyed in the past is still in the content, just need to find those who wish to actually play the content through, with patience and determination, and able to resist the the 'have it all easy and fast' route of this new gamer generation of PWI.

    Anyway Sanctuary is well populated but i guess you will find the same situations you have on Lost City. I think every sever it's like these. For what concernes European server just forget em: kinda no people online (never really) wc is dead, there are 1 or 2 bug fac in which there are the few high lvl people left and stop. So i wont really go there. Stay on your sever :P Or try sanctuary :D

    On Spazz's note----The fun in HL is just beginning now that Catalyst is gone. We're throwing a party in South Archosaur to celebrate.
    They made fun of me because I wasn't a R8 Psychic...and then came third cast. It's not funny anymore.
