New computer, no characters

Just got a new computer, and after downloading all my required stuff, I than downloaded PWI. It appears that I am unable to locate any of my characters after I have successfully logged in. At first I thought this was a server thing so I went to my old computer, logged in there, and come to find out, my characters are fine. So I now realized that there is possibly a file missing in my new computer. Any clues to help me solve this situation? (Screen shots of said problem are available, just ask.)
