VENO's SOLO FCC??

I had a friend of mine tell me that long time ago before sin's, that veno's were able to solo fcc. Is that true? Is any high lvl veno out there able to show me? I don't mind paying you for the run. I know that I can not do it at my lvl of course, but even at lvl 95+ or 100+ is that possible?

    Before sins? Was she perhaps talking about FF in solo mode?

    Any class can solo FF btw. Its the the time it takes that puts down your motivation of doing it.
    Soloing FF is not really recommended for people w/o high refines/aps.

    Like Aeyx points out: it's almost pointless on veno. You can get great xp, coin, drops in Valley of the Scarred.

    A veno with herc, decent gear and decent weapon can solo FCC with no issues. I've done that myself long time ago for the heck of it.

    The thing is that it just takes too long so it's not worth it.

    I've done it but doing things alone on an MMO is boring b:cute

    Yes, a veno can solo fc.

    Decent gear, with a herc or high lvl tank pet will work.

    yes it takes longer than probably a sin, but i've been proberbly soloing fc every now and then for fun really.

    if you wanted a time ratio for me as a HA veno ive done it around 45m-80mish (btw im estimations i don't keep track of time) you pick up faster ways to solo once you run through it more and more runs you do.

    Actualy you can do it in +2+3 hh 90 gear if you pick normal pdef jewellry (instead of sad -3% channeling neck and belt for example), hp/pdef shards, hp charm and crabmeat. Will be faster and safer if you take ep (who doesn't have ep alt these days? xD ) to heal you on groups and buff after dreadindra boss.

    Doing FC slowly makes no sense with regards to making the most of your hypers. Try explaining this to the 80 barb who responded to your WC for a puller.


    I think the veno claim to fame to being the best solo class comes from TT. The bosses in TT are ? bosses and so pets do full damage against them. So early on in this game venos got the rep as monster soloers and that lingers on after the game has changed.

    I think my veno was around 75 or 76 the first time I took her to FF, and my herc could tank all the bosses except for decaying fragrance. It was a lifesaver in low-level squads because it meant the BMs didn't have to tank, the clerics could DD, my herc almost always kept aggro, and everyone used less pots, etc. That was before the aps craze, though, so.. things are a bit different now. Nonetheless, a veno with herc CAN run FF alone from a relatively low level compared to other classes, but it WILL take you a good hour or two to clear it all. If you have hypers to spare, though, doing the entire big room alone with your herc along with the heads and such will give you some niiiiiice exp.

    takes me about 30~40 min to solo FC,


    the mobs are easy to clear if you can tank the pulls, bosses just take up time

    edit: i tank it myself, herc is only used to take some of the bubbles from 2nd boss and the purge from 4th boss. all the pulls are easy except the last one, that pull i need to IG

    yeah, in end game it's relatively easy to clear and finish in a half hour to forty minutes or so, especially with bramble guard and the like, but even if you can't body tank anything, you can still kill the mob groups one by one with a herc if you're low level :)
