A new objective for duels

I would like to test my own limits since I seen a lot of people go to 101+ on their characters, my goal is to defeat an R9 player using this character with this gear . Even this char could do too. I'd be more than OP man b:cute
I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    switch to mag def necky/belt coz you'd still be 1 shot for any R9 wizzy/psy

    And um...it's not gonna happen. The r9 player could let you attack repeatedly and 1 or 2 shot you.

    I let a good geared rank 8 veno repeatedly hit me for a few minutes. She didn't even come close to killing me.
