Prerequisite skill level

Hey guys ,

I just have a problem here when trying to learn new skills.

PS. My cultivation is at the right point. However, I have thought that maybe I need to learn the skills in the skill-tree one by one and not just jump over some, right ?

    That is correct. The skill tree is a "tree" because each step usually leads to another; usually you have to learn at least one level of each previous skill along the "branch" before you can learn the next step up (well, down, the way the game's GUI draws them) in the series.

    For some classes, some steps even require you learn more than one level of a previous skill before going on to the next. I don't recall if that's the case for mystics, though.
