Spiritual cultivation quests

I'm lvl 23 Psychic, only 'Aware' of spirit.

shouldn't I have received a quest at lvl19? If I've missed this quest is there any way of doing it and where should I go to get it?

    Speak to Meditating Shaman (657 130)
    Kill some Ebony Hellduke (656 179) to obtain Captured Celestial Sprite (Rate: 60%)
    Click on Hidden Celestial Sprite (680 178) to obtain Hidden Celestial Sprite
    Speak to Meditating Shaman (657 130) to complete the quest









    Reward: 4 512 coins, 8 011 EXP, 2 493 Spirit, Celestone and Resurrection Scroll

    Thanks - I've definitely done that one. Seems I missed the lvl 21 quest from General Summer, not sure how. Will take a look tonight if I get a chance.
